The product is composed of two components a and B, which are respectively placed in two pressure tanks. When the spray gun is opened, the two components are driven by the pressure in their respective containers, and then mixed and reacted in proportion and then ejected. In the environment of 15-25 degree, rigid close cell foam solidify is formed within 2-4 minutes, and when it adheres to the surface of the object, it plays a closed role. The density of the cured product is 28-32kg / m3, which has flame retardant property.Environmental protection material, no pollution, harmless to human body.

Precautions
(1. Quick foam insulation kit equipment is pressure equipment. During transportation and storage, it should be placed in the direction indicated by the box, and handled with care to avoid impact, inversion, high temperature and direct sunlight, and avoid contact with corrosive substances such as acid and alkali. It is strictly forbidden to open the valves of a and B vessels to prevent pressure relief. They should be stored in the environment of 15-25 ºC, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 38 ºC . If the storage temperature is lower than 15 ºC, please thaw the equipment at 15-25 ºC 24 hours before use to ensure the spraying quality of the equipment.
   
(2.If the wind speed is too high and the spraying material is difficult to adhere to the target, effective measures should be taken to reduce the wind speed.
(3. The location of the sealing wall should be selected in the place without water pouring. If there is coal dust at the joint of the sealing wall and the roadway top, it should be removed in advance.
(4. Wear protective gloves and eyeglasses when using. If skin contact, rinse with water. If eye contact, rinse immediately with water. Then take it to the hospital.
(5. Quick airtight equipment is pressure equipment. It must not be punctured or burned. Smoking, ignition and welding are not allowed during use. The shelf life of unopened quick sealed self-made products is 6-7 months.
