DMJ-spray-502 is a two-components, spray-applied, closed-cell polyurethane foam system. This product is zero ozone Depletion Substance with standard foaming agent, 141B /245fa /water Flame retardant standard,with density 30-55kg/m3 (1.85-3.45lb/ft³) adjusted as per different project requirement, fire resistance is Class B2/B1.
With highly performance of thermal insulation, moisture & vapor barrier, air barrier , load-bearing, PU foam can give us a quieter, more energy saving buildings leading us to a healthier life. It applies to all kinds of spray-applied thermal insulation engineering, such as buildings exterior and interior, cold rooms, large-scale pipelines, LNG or LPG ships etc..

It has been developed to produce B1/B2 class fireproof outer wall spraying thermal insulation polyurethane foam in conjunction with polymeric ISO. polyurethane foam inject spray material DMJ series polyol is a fully formulated polyol blend developed for spray application of polyurethane rigid foam. The component ratio of has been adjusted to make it suitable for polyurethane foam spraying machine using with a fixed volumetric component ratio of 1: 1.
